BOSSIER PARISH, LA (KSLA) - A Magnolia, Arkansas man was arrested Friday night in Bossier Parish after he was found by Bossier Sheriff's deputies of being intoxicated.

George C. Williams, 53 was pulled over by authorities for driving between lanes along Highway 80.

When the deputy made contact with Williams, he reportedly smelled alcohol on the driver's breath and his speech was allegedly slurred. An on-scene Sobriety Test was administered and authorities say he performed poorly. The Intoxilyzer sample reported a blood alcohol level of .161, twice the legal limit.

Williams was charged with DWI and improper lane usage and booked into the Bossier Maximum Security Facility with bond at $1,200.
